Here we supplied ventilation to the offices and staff break rooms to the dealership,  allowing fresh air to be fed into internal rooms with minimal temperature change in the room if desired. Each room was balanced to the correct air changes per hour depending on the rooms uses, And fire dampers installed throughout the buildings fire wall system.

This heat recovery system in energy reclaim mode allows fresh air to be brought into the room but retains the rooms heat load more efficiently . Preventing energy cost due to a normal supply and extract system removing stale air as well as the desired room temperature. The system can also be put in by pass mode to act as a normal supply and extract system if heat removal is needed.
